This year we attended both your Christmas Lunch and New Year’s Eve Gala.
My goodness, what a splendid time we had at both functions. May I take this opportunity on behalf of my friends and family to thank you and all your staff. What an excellent team that was headed by Patrick your restaurant manager.
The Christmas lunch was faultless- the attentiveness and speed of service, the food, the atmosphere- the whole day!
The New Years Gala, we voted the food to be “the best meal” we had ever eaten, cooked to perfection. I must tell you that we have travelled to many countries and many restaurants around the world. Your Chef is a credit to you.
Well, we have booked again for 2008 Christmas lunch and look forward to once again coming to the Bryn Howel.

Dear Sirs
We are writing to express our sincere thanks to all the staff who were involved in the success of our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception at The Bryn Hotel last Saturday, 29 September 2007.
Every moment exceeded our expectations, from the time we arrived at the hotel from the church, and the champagne was at the ready, nicely chilled.
The Highlight of the day was undoubtedly the wedding breakfast, and our heartfelt thanks go to Jimmy and his team who produced such an excellent meal.
We’d also like to thank Sandra, our main contact in the months leading up to the wedding, for her faultless administration of all the details for the day, plus organizing the room bookings for all the guests, all of which went without a hitch.
Patrick also deserves our thanks for his good humour and willingness to assist whenever required, in fact the whole team deserve credit for those qualities, all of which helped us to keep calm and enjoy the day ourselves.
Thank you again for helping to make last Saturday such a happy and memorable day for us.

We have just arrived home after a very pleasant break at Llangollen.
The reason I am contacting you is because we were both very impressed with the food on Saturdey evening. In terms of choice quality and presentation we both said it was the best meal we have had in a hotel for many months.
